Irene Introduces Lean Management

We are currently working through Lean Design Management. Irene met with Ana from Blueprint Interiors and talked about how to implement the Lean philosophy and the benefits that it brings for both the company and the client, it focuses on optimising processes and resources, saving time, reducing “waste” and delivering better solutions and value to our clients.
