It gave us time to review and renew our foundations plus what to build on them with the client’s needs at the forefront of our minds.
So here’s what’s next.
John, who is without doubt the engineer in the anecdote of the golden hammer scenario, decided to change his focus. Listening to what clients needed, during one of the most difficult trading years many of us have experienced, facilitated his decision.
If you need that consultative set of eyes from someone who can find solutions instantly and at a glance John is available to come onto your site to support you. His role from 1st February is more focussed on being available to business owners, directors, production managers and so on in an engineering director capacity.
Craig, whose level of cyborgness with numbers, supports the delivery of excellence in engineering for every project undertaken in the business. His skills have developed to such an extent that he will take over the day to day running of Bennett Engineering Design Solutions. In a senior director role Craig will be looking to significantly grow the business over the next five years.
