Visualisation to Reality for Lauda Fabrications Ltd
Loughborough University Pilkington Library
This job started as a quick visualisation model to enable Lauda Fabrications to show their client the concept design for the entrance to the library. (See Case Study)
Having won the order, Adam Lauda, the MD of Lauda Fabrications asked us to get involved in the manufacturing phase by providing accurate CAD data for setting out and making the feature infill panels (the frilly bits either side of the red spine).
After the job was complete Adam sent us this:
”Working with Bennett Engineering has been a breath of fresh air for us. We are used to architects and engineers supplying drawings for manufacture by our clients. However, because John and Craig understand many aspects of the fabrication side, they manage to consider the smallest of details, working with both ourselves (the fabricator) and the client, understanding the many processes and channels of manufacture, which are often over looked by so many others. I’m just grateful our paths have crossed ….”
I was really pleased that our determination to provide every client with the best possible solution was recognised and appreciated.
