Assembly and

Build

How often do you come to the end of a project and everything is still in pieces?

Finding time to assemble equipment on top of the day job can be an issue for many manufacturers. Bennett Engineering provide an assembly service for your parts whether they have been manufactured by one of our trusted suppliers (or multiple suppliers) or you need to send in to us what you’ve had made.

Do you need engineers who understand that assembly needs to be completed with precision?

Have you got projects unfinished due to the lack of expertise, time, tools or knowledge to build or assemble?

Is assembly something that causes issues for your business?

Would having a reliable assembly and build partner make a difference to your project success and profitability?

Here at Bennett Engineering our team have the tools, skill, knowledge and equipment to assemble a range of items from module builds, small machinery construction to small kit assembly. As engineers we take our time to ensure everything is put together perfectly, instructions are produced that are easy to understand, and the quality of the final product is as close to perfection as possible.

Often, it’s the precision that’s missed when it comes to assembling items, sometimes it’s the putting something together with any old nuts and bolts that come to hand, often it’s the time that is so stretched something can sit in parts from ages. Having a team you can trust to assemble the items designed and manufactured by them is what’s on offer from Bennett Engineering. Our team won’t just throw something together because we understand the importance of putting things together properly to ensure smooth operation.

Assembly instructions should be completed for everything that needs to be put together; Bennett Engineering have long been completing manufacturing packs that include a section on assembly and build. Our team can extract this as a stand alone document, complete with visual 3D models, that anyone can access once we’ve supplied to your business. Having these filed away can be a time saver or sometimes prevent something new having to be made and installed if you need to move a part or piece of equipment that has been assembled.

Having a parts list is essential; knowing what’s needed in full to assemble equipment makes for much easier maintenance should something need to be replaced as part of proactive maintenance or a breakdown. Again we will provide this information as part of your assembly pack whether we assemble your item ourselves or hand over to you to put your manufactured equipment together.
