When you supply a design for us to manufacture Bennett Engineering will give it the ‘health check’ to ensure that tolerances are suitable, if there is an easier way to make it, can everything be assembled efficiently, is the material the correct choice and are standard parts being used. Essentially, you’ve got a free of charge value engineering assessment for your item before it’s made. Obviously, we can just go ahead and make your item if none of this is needed but our team can always spot a way to do things a wee bit better!

Everyone is aware of how hard it is to find the best supplier, BEDS remove that headache for you with a network of high quality machinists, fabricators, laser cutting, CNC… [more words] who we trust to complete the job properly.

Bennett Engineering’s first step is to provide a manufacturing pack from our design (which will also be issued to you for future reference), if you haven’t got one then we can help with that! Then we will supply you with the manufacturing quote for our designs, manage the delivery date, inspect the finished part, assemble if required, order spart parts for your maintenance stores, and deliver the part on the date specified and agreed. It’s our headache removal service!
